Crossroads Treatment Center offers a comprehensive program that has three areas of focus, which include the Residential Program, the Educational Program, and the Clinical Services
+ Residential Program
Crossroads Treatment Center currently has four 6-bed facilities, which are all located in residential areas. The facilities are intended to offer a home-like atmosphere, while providing the necessary structure and supervision required to safely and accurately implement the behavior modification program. Our staff-to-client ratio is a minimum of 1:3 during the day and evening hours, while an awake, overnight staff supervises the clients and the facility during the late night hours.
+ Clinical Services
Clinical services are provided by our treatment teams consisting of on-site Social Workers/Therapists, Case Managers, Administrators/Facility Managers, and Child Care Workers. Additionally, Crossroads Treatment Center contracts with a consulting Psychiatrist, a Clinical Psychologist, a Speech and Language Therapist, and a School Psychologist to work closely with the on-site treatment team. Clinical Services include:
- A Behavioral Modification system that includes a color coded point and level system with natural and logical consequences and point evaluations of each client's behavior four times daily
- Weekly Individual Therapy
- Weekly Group Therapy
- Family Therapy
- Substance Abuse Counseling
- Stress Management/Relaxation Group
- Life Skills Group
- Monthly Medication Assessment
- Clinical and Educational Testing
- Quarterly Clinical Reports
- Case Conferences (initial and on-going as needed)
- 90-day assessment and diagnostic services
